Circle of Hope is a non profit organization dedicated to helping a small group of women in Aceituno, Guatemala. We chose to help them by teaching them how to sew, and bead. And by marketing the clothing and jewelry they produce here in the U.S. We believe by concentrating our efforts in one place, we can make a bigger difference. We strive to not only better their financial situation, but their spiritual lives, their self esteem and their physical health. Hopewear or clothing made by the women of circle of hope is made from 100% cotton fabric. The fabric is made in Guatemala, traditional by indigenous Mayan people. It is colorful and soft, perfect for children. It is prewashed and not treated with any chemicals. Each item is cut individually and sewn with care. Each hem is sewn by hand. Our bags have hand stitching as well, and are lined with contrasting American cottons. |

Projects: Additional funds raised also cover community wide projects including a water purification system for the village of Aceituno for the improved health of everyone there. Sponsorship: There are currently four girls from the village of Aceituno whose education is sponsored by Circle of Hope. Without funds from Circle of Hope, continuing their high school level education would not be possible. If you would like to make a contribution that would directly and immediately have a positive impact on a life |
